how can I get libpng-dev if I can't install libpng3

I try to apt it but I get this error:

Quote:
debian:/home/philip# apt-get install libpng-dev libpng3

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libpng-dev: Depends: libpng3 (= 1.2.1-1.1.woody.3) but 1.2.5.0-6 is to be installed
E: Broken packages
I am using an unstable installation but I have the testing and stable apt-sources in my sources.list.
