How can I tag FLAC/Ogg files from their disc-id?

For various reasons, I need to be able to rip a CD whilst not connected to the
Internet, then tag the files with the correct metadata (from FreeDB) at a
later stage.

Is there any linux software that can tag FLACs and Oggs from their disc-id?

Ie., for any given Ogg or FLAC file:
1. Read the cddb disc-id tag
2. Look up the corresponding FreeDB entry
3. Prompt the user to resolve conflicts and correct missing/incorrect entries
4. Tag the file properly

Cheers,

Jon

I believe 'Easytag' can do it, even without the disc-id, if you have all the songs in the correct order (because the disc-id can be computed from the lengths of all tracks on the disc)

But it's safest to keep the disc-id written down somewhere (a good ripper/encoder should be able to display it)

Cheers
