How can I disable Mouse Right Click in KDE?

I am trying to put out a locked down KDE screen & want to be able to disable right click from the icons & the KDE Panel / taskBar.

Is there any way to globally disable the right click? I tried changing the Buttons " " entry in XF86config to 1 but that didn't do anything.

Or does anybody know where the right click menu options are for when you right click on an icon so I can comment them out?

( SuSE9.3 with KDE )

The kde Kiosk admin tool might be what you need, it is a tool that allows you control what your users do on the desktop, it gives you control over all types of desktop activities, assignable by user or groups using profiles you build.

Does anyone know how to do this without using the kiosk admin tool? Apparently the kiosk took is not available for KDE4. Downgrading to KDE3 is not an option for us.

That might be helpful.

Note, this is doing exactly the same thing that the old Kiosk admin tool did, just doing it directly from config files instead of having a gui.

xinput ?

I use xinput to enable middle button emulation on a 2 button track ball. Maybe it can disable the buttons too. Or some udev rule(s). Otherwise tablets remind me of OLD mac mice with only 1 button.
