I selected some of the wrong options for my monitar during the Linux Installion and i want to know how can I Re-Install, or change my Video options, From the Linux Command line.
As root from the command line type 'setup' and you will be given a list of options of things you can setup or change, one of them is X configuration, run that tool to setup/change your video options.

that would be only in redhat with the setup option.. what distro are you running ? you can always run xf86config from a command to configure X.. use setup or Xconfigurator with redhat, SaX or Yast with Suse.. etc etc....
