How can extract some string by Makefile


Dear Sir.

I have a question for Makefile.

Code:
SRC_PATH:="/home/work/kernel/linux-3.10"
I'm want to extract the "linux-3.10". But this time i'm failed.

How can extract message?

Elaborate!
That appears as Make script. Extract by how. By running make or extracting from the Makefile (file).
