hotwayd PASS errors

i configured hotwayd per instructions found at http://hotwayd.sourceforge.net/install/

however, when i try to receive mail via evolution, i get a password/username error.

i can telnet into my localhost.localdomain and *.pop3 is listening, but yet this problem remains....

I have the same problem i think... I've configured evolution to use hotwayd for my hotmail, and occasionally i'll get this: " -ERR username or password incorrect." it only does it sometimes, and when i re-enter my at that error prompt, it does just fine. Any suggestions on getting rid of this annoyance? Thanks
