Hotmail With Evolution

I've followed the instructions on the Hotwayd and installed that on my Red Hat 9 system. I run telnet 127.0.0.1 110 and its says:

[*@localhost *]$ telnet 127.0.0.1 110
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain (127.0.0.1).
Escape character is '^]'.
+OK POP3 hotwayd v0.7.1 -> The POP3-HTTPMail Gateway. Server on localhost.localdomain active.

Then I go to Evoultion but then I stuck? What I do, Can someone run me through it with a step by step

in the evolution add account dialog box choose 127.0.0.1 as the server, <name>@hotmail.com (Note that you have to put @hotmail.com for it to work) as username and 110 as your port and it should work with evolution.

For server type I got Pop does that mean Pop3 too? Also I did as you said and it came up with enter your password, I did then:

Unable to connect to POP server 127.0.0.1
Error sending password: -EER Please log in with User first

Please enter the POP password for <name>@hotmail.com@127.0.0.1

(Then space for your text)

Try gmail

Another option is using gmail (googles mail program) www.gmail.com
It is easy to set up in evolution or any other mail program.
For instructions try: http://www.debianadmin.com/configure...-or-kmail.html
or
