Home movie date in subtitles

I'm passing my home movies from my dv camera to computer using Kino for make a DVD. The problem is that the date of the pictures are lost in DVD build process.

I want to create subtittles with the date of the pictures for showing it when I will need.

Is there any tool to do it automaticly?
