Home lan Mandrake (host) Win2k (client) help plz.. :(

ok, ive been at this for 48 hrs... and my eyes are beat red.. so i need some outsider brainstorming...

i have a coustom built box with 2 mounted motherboards in it.... 1 is a p4 running win2k (CLIENT) the other is a small p3 box for mandrake to use as i see fit... (host)

both machines ping eachother fine!
my client can ping the outside world FINE!
but my cleint cannot ping google .com
all my dns information is in properly and i know these numbers off by heart
24.226.1.93
24.226.10.193

i have double checked all my settings a million times over... but i must be missing somthing, i loaded ipkungfu and set it up yesterday in under 30 seconds everything was working golden! but ne way...

Here are my settings for my host... im hoping its some dumb problem ive over looked
eth0 - DHCP enabled
subnet - 255.255.240.0
dns servers - 24.226.1.93
24.226.10.193
24.226.1.94
search domain weri2.on.cogeco.ca
start at boot/ hotplug = 1

eth1 - ip address 192.168.0.1
subnet 255.255.255.0
dns servers (same as above)
search domain (same as above) ( does eth1 need dns servers? was skeptical)
in mcc it asked me to configure a gateway device... obiously its set to eth0
however no gateway ip address provided...

on my win2k client
its set up for
static 192.168.0.3
subnet 255.255.255.0
gate way 192.168.0.1
dns servers 24.226.1.93
24.226.10.193

it was working fine b4... and i dont know what happened... its fine now.. except the fact that my client cannot browse... i do belive its a dns problem... but im not sure

on unix ipforwarding is set to 1
and my iptables -nL shows
INPUT FORWARD and OUTPUT all ACCEPT
and iptables -nL -t nat shows
PREROUTING POSTROUTEING and OUTPUT all ACCEPT

as far as i can tell its fine... but then again i havent slept in 2 days....
anyone willing to help ask for any thing you want i can email it to you within 5 min of u replying to me.. i really must get this up and working today...
i thank you all in advance for your efforts
