home directory shortcut

Hi, im using FC2 with GNOME, and I would like to create a shotrcut of my home dir to my panel. What should I do? I tried to drag it in the panel from the desktop but it didn't work out..
Heres a picture to clear things out..

And the icon should go in the red circle..

one way would be to create a new launcher (desktop -> right-click with mouse -> Create Launcher) with a command like

and after it's done, drag it to your panel. works for me, at least, in Gnome 2.6

EDIT: the plain command "nautilus" should work, since it seems to open itself into your home dir no path is needed after that
