how do I add new ip ports to duplicate servers on hlds_run???

add +port 27016 to the command line on the second server
this port can be whatever you want of course.... as long as your run each insance of the server on its own port you should be fine. 27015 is the default, i would just imcrement it for each additional server you want to run.
