High CPU usage after suspend/resume

I'm getting 100% CPU usage on 1 core after my laptop is awaken from suspend-to-RAM. However top/htop does not indicate any process consuming CPU. Is that a kernel issue?
I'm on Debian unstable amd64, laptop Dell D630.

How do you measure the 100% CPU that you are seeing consumed?

htop shows 1 core is 100% used but there's no process in the list of processes that consumes this amount of CPU

I don't know htop. Maybe you need to change how htop sorts procs. top on some platforms lets you look at threads.
Start top then press "H"

htop displays threads by default
I'm sorting by CPU usage.. I can post a screenshot if necessary.
I just found out a couple of days ago the high CPU usage starts after I turn on my wifi/bluetooth switch (after resume from suspend to RAM).
