Hierarchical menus with a right-click?

This is something I have on my Mac, provided by a piece of shareware called FinderPop. I find it extremely convenient to gain quick access to my frequently used files and folders. It is also customizable, so I can can put into it my frequently used folder shortcuts.

Does such a thing exist for Linux? The closest thing to this that I know about is the openbox window manager. It allows you to add shortcuts to a right-click menu, but it doesn't provide a hierarchical menu and being a window manager, it probably adds other overhead that I don't need or want.

Fluxbox is another lightweight WM that has a right click menu, (it is my favourite).

Does the right-click menu in Fluxbox allow for drilling into folders and sub-folders and then the selection of a file for opening?
