you would be wanting the Cedega game database

I can't really help you with the fire wall since I use SuSE which has a decent one for home users built in

Cedega Games: http://www.transgaming.com/dogamesea...king&showall=1

Firewall: Iptables is built into all recent distros and is the Linux Firewall. Check the sticky threads at the top of the security forum, there are a few IPTables references.

Cedega support is very nice. Although they are having trouble with Valve at the moment.
You can search their game database here: http://www.transgaming.com/searchgame.php

As far as a firewall, ipTables are nice. But if you want a firewall with a GUI , I like firestarter.
