Does anyone know of any good open source helpdesk software projects out there?


Something where users can create a troubleticket, which can be assigned tracked etc.

I found these ideas by putting the words "helpdesk software" into the LQ Search Engine.

Go with the first link XavierP provided, it points to probably one of the best or better ones.. RT.

From the links from XavierP I'm seeing that RT seems to be the most recognized open source solution for a request system. I'm going to attempt to install it on my linux box tonight. :)
