help with x.org configuration: 100hz tv through svideo

Ive just installed Ubuntu "Hoary" and i'm trying to get x.org to output a display on my Toshiba 100hz TV.

I would like to display the same desktop, at the same resolution, on both a 15-inch CRT and TV.
The CRT monitor is working perfectly,

Ive installed Nvidia's accelerated glx drivers & dependencies (Geforce 6600GT AGP), and enabled nvidia TwinView.

Windows XP will display 1024x768 @ 100HZ on the TV through SVIDEO.

My current config file is below, so if someone could tell me my mistakes or how to configure TwinView / x.org so this will work, please let me know

Tom
