Help with wmpower and wmapm

I am having a problem installing wmpower and/or wmapm. When I try to do the make it looks for the files xpm.h and X.h in the /usr/X11R6/include/X11 directory. I don' t have those files there. I can't find the files on my HD with grep or whereis and I have searched the pkgs available to my installs and none sound like they would have xpm.h or X.h in them. I am currently running both SuSE 7.2 and Mandrake 9.0.

Anyone know where these files might be or how I could get them?

Thanks
