Exclamation Help with shell, PHP and sc_trans

Hi peeps,

I'm kinda new to Linux (in the such that I only know a few small commands).
Anyway, I'm looking for a PHP script (or whatever is going (Perl is open for an option as well)) that will interact with my shell it kill sc_trans (the shoutcast auto DJ) when the PHP is run.
I also need 1 for starting sc_trans

For housekeeping purposes I'm using: Fedora Core 5 with Gnome and XAMPP (LAMPP) installed (Apache, MySQL, PHP and Perl).

Has anyone got a script to do this or could someone help me create one.

Thanks

p.s: I have checked Shoutcast + Winamp forums to no avail
