Help with Quasar Accounting?
 

I am trying to setup Quasar but when I try and configure the driver for postgresql, I get this error when I click on test. "The library file doesn't exist which means the database server hasnt been installed yet or else the library file is invalid. This will have to be fixed before Quasar will work with PostgreSQL."
I have checked and my library file is in /usr/lib/libpq.so.3.1

Can someone please help me with this?
