help with procmail

All,
I have this:
Code:
:0
* ^Subject:.*msgs
{
SUBJECT=`formail -zx Subject:`
:0 Bfhw
* (hda|Drive)
| formail -I "Subject: DiskError $SUBJECT"
:0
* (hda|Drive)
! user1@abc.com, user3@yahoo.com
}
The forwarding line does not work, it seems that as soon as the first match occurs on the ":O bfhw", it skips ":O". Any idea on how to get two action to execute, I am looking to modify the subject line, have the email drop to my mail box, and forward it to others as well. Thanks.
