Help with Nagios (CentOS 5.2)

I installed Nagios with Yum, right now I have the sample config filess. When I run "Service Nagios Start" I get

Starting nagios:CONFIG ERROR! Start aborted. Check your Nagios configuration.

However when I run nagios -v /etc/nagios/nagios.cfg

I get

Code:
Nagios 3.0.6

Things look okay - No serious problems were detected during the pre-flight check
This being my first go around with Nagios, I am not sure what to check. Any idea?

Never mind, I am playing with Zabbix now instead. Looks to be more user friendly.
