Help with libpam.so.0

Hello

Can someone tell me how to install the libpam.so.0 library on a freeBSD system.

One of my application requires this library in order to function.

I have looked in my /usr/lib directory and this library exists but my application does not see it.

Can anyone give me any pointers?
