Hi Fellas,

Now i have a doubt with cups configuration. In my work i have one hp 640c connected with a microtec printserver, and i cant print using the follow configuration:

Location: /var/spool/cups/
Device: AppSocket/HP JetDirect
Device URI: socket://192.168.66.251:515/ (192.168.66.251 is a IP of printserver and 515 is the port, i use the nmap to view this)
Model: HP
Model Driver: HP Deskjet 600/600C + CUPS+Gimp-Print v4.2.6(xx)

The nmap scanner on 192.168.66.251 show me this:

21/tcp open ftp
23/tcp open telnet
80/tcp open http
515/tcp open printer


I think the comunication between cups and printserver it is ok, because when i send a print test, the print state is:

Printer State: processing, accepting jobs.
"Printing page 0, 26%.... 0,60%....."


But the printer seems to be dead...

It's been a while but the last time I set up a router printer, the device part looked like this....
Device URI: lpd://192.168.0.10/deskjet

i try this solution...and...nothing at this moment....after his send to the spool...the printer has been stopped:

Printer State: stopped, accepting jobs.

My printer sometimes seems to set itself to off, I use FC1. But then I run localhost:631 and wake him up again. Not that I`m an expert.
