I want to uninstall, I really don't want it and think I screwed it up. :
On Red Hat 9 I tried:
rpm -e wine
rpm -e wine-20040505-1fc1winehq.i386.rpm
rpm -Uvh(I think) wine-20040505-1fc1winehq.i386.rpm
The last one is just something I saw I the forum that I tried out of desperation
. One of them must have done something because now 'wine' is an unrecognized command
but when I do a locate wine I find all the directories (and windows junk) of wine. Could I just manually delete these directories and files and what did I do wrong?
Thanks in advance and just give a holler if you need clarification.
