Help: "The specified display number was busy" on Centos


access centos remotely by GDM. after I logged in, the local linux machine says:
"The specified display number was busy, so this server was started on display :1"
I guess this might because of setting up constraint on the number of displays or
something similar to that. But have no idea of where I should look into.

Any suggestion is welcomed.
