Help -- RH9 Kernel Panic
i had a dual system with XP PRO and RH9 and everything was fine until i decided to add a new partition to test Windows Server 2003, now i can get into my linux partition. grrrrrrrrrr
When i installed 2003 of course damm windows overrides the MBR and all i see is to choose from XP and 2003 Server. When i try to boot up linux from floppy its telling me that maybe the swap partition is not enable and something about kernel panic. then is saids try by passing the ini....
Boot either knoppix or tomsrtbt. Then mount your / partition, say on /drogo. Then issue something like /drogo/bin/lilo -C /drogo/etc/lilo.conf or the equivalent grub command.
