Ok guys ive been fighting with this one for a bit and am not sure how to do it.


I have a Set of 5 Numbers that are all an addition of 4 then at the 5th number it needs to add 2036 to the cell and continue counting up by 4s then again on that 5th add another 2036 and so and and so fourth

EXAMPLE
A
1:2020 -- ADD 4 = 2024
2:2024 -- ADD 4 = 2028
3:2028 -- ADD 4 = 2032
4:2032 -- ADD 4 = 2036
5:2036 -- HERE it changes and ADDS 2036 to 2036 to equal the start of the next set aka 4072

6:4072 -- ADD 4 = 4076
7:4076 -- ADD 4 = 4080
8:4080 -- ADD 4 = 4084
9:4084 -- ADD 4 = 4088
10:4088 -- AGAIN ADD 2036 to 4088 and you get -- 6124 to start the next set of 5

11:6124 -- ADD 4 - 6128
12:6128 -- ADD 4 - 6132

and so on and so on!

now how in the heck can I set CALC to allow me to easily fill DOWN the rows without RETYPING the formulas?

I have do 300 of these sets

In A1 enter 2020
In B1 enter =A1+4
In A2 enter =B1
Copy A2 to clipboard
Mark a a number of rows in column A equal to what you need (about 1500). Paste.
Copy B1 to clipboard
Paste this to B2..B4
Edit B5 and change =A4+4 to =A4+2036
Mark B1..B5 and copy to clipboard
Mark B6 to B1500 or so
Put cursor at B6
Paste
