I'd argue that there is subtracted value in multiplying forums doing the same thing.
On a more constructive note:
  • Note that there doesn't seem to be an RSS feed. For me this is a big convenience, so this alone would probably stop me watching this forum as well.
  • And I think the choice of putting critical options in a dark-ish blue againsta black background isn't the best.

2 other things:
firstly, eavey one of your posts is to advertise your new forum. Not really good etiquette to join an established community and try to leech members, is it?
secondly, I would have to question the value of a Linux site that cannot spell Linux. It's five letters, not really that hard, is it?

So what does your board offer that other boards, such as this one and other established sites, do not?
