Help Needed: Looking for specific php software/scripts

I've been looking all over the place for specific php software/scripts which allows users to do the following:

1) Upload files into a larger gallery of files
2) Rate eachothers files
3) Write comments about the files
4) Display the number of views and downloads
5) Display the filesize and author/date added/description

somewhat similar to this http://www.soobad.com/gallery/categories.php?cat_id=4, or better if you know about that kind of a system.

Also -- if I wanted to have multiple such galleries, including forums and other php bits(with registered users having access to all), would one mysql database be enough? Or would I need a database for each seperate function?

Reason I ask is because I'm trying to choose a webhost, and I'm not sure what I'd need for this kind of a setup. Any other information you could give me on what I'd need to set this kind of a system up/something I'm overlooking would be GREATLY appreciated.

-Thanks in advance.

http://tikiwiki.org/tiki-view_articles.php

Very easy to setup and it has some, if not all the features you are asking for.

Thanks!

Also -- do you know anything about php nuke? What exactly is it? The only answer people seem to be giving me is that 'its a lot of things'

PHP Nuke is an advanced content management system. It can handle alot of things and has quite a few addons. to start it is similar to a forum or blog depending on your config.... but it can do alot of what your looking for as well as tiki. its a nice piece of work IMHO.
