help needed for a peculiar phpmyadmin install
We run a LTSP setup in our non-profit and the OS is Fedora Core 2.
We have a broadband connection with a static IP (configured on the adsl router). To manage the database for a local intranet based on Drupal, we are trying to install phpmyadmin to create the database.
phpmyadmin has been downloaded and extracted to root on the server. What should we put in as the phpmyadmin url in config.inc.php? We tried the IP address of the server, but that didn't work. Nor did the static IP. We then tried '/root/phpmyadmin', but this only listed all the phpmyadmin files in the browser. Any suggestions? Does this mean that php is not running on the server? If so, how can we enable it?
Would appreciate your assistance.
