help me with kernel-2.6-0-test7 - boot errors

I compiled kernel 2.6.0-test7, it does boot but I have got some problems:

1. When I start linux with vga=791, I get a black screen (the screen is not as black as normal, its when you show a black image at full-screen ). Did work in 2.4.22.
2. After dhcpd messages, the boot pauses some time. Did work in 2.4.22.
3. I get some dhcpd messages, I don't remember them from SuSE. Did have these in 2.4.22.
4. The system tries to load ALSA-OSS compatibility although I disabled it. Didn't have ALSA in 2.4.22.
5. nmbd doesn't work. Didn't work in 2.4.22.

My syslog:
