HELP ME ! MY machine was fine until ..

my laptop was fine when on Fedora 7 , now with Fedora 8 , the videos need frame-dropping coz it has become slow .. any reason for that , i dont think its the hard drive space , i have the statistics below

You probably want to change the subject header to something more descriptive to get a better chance for help from someone who is experienced with this particular problem.
