I run simulation Leach, Pegasis and Leach-c in NS 2.34 on Centos 5.11...
Leach and leach-c ran normal, but pegasis didn't.
No node is dead. 100node_random, CH=1, Stop=3000... Check conditions.txt same example of MIT.
I used exidus-pegasis-leach-ns234-patch.tar download in here.
Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

Welcome to LQ.

Looks quite normal. No dead nodes with : alg=pegasis (in `leach_test').
