HELP issues with the keyboard

in order for me to type i need to hold they key for about 3 seconds for the letter to write itself.......??? only in kde even the login is normal?

Your computer seems to be slow; restart it. I did not understand the second part of your question. Please make it clear in terms of grammar.

Sorry, I was able to fix it. Plus don't expect proper grammar when one can not type. It was in the accessibility "use slow keys" option.
