i don't get it: i try to install the package, and it says its already installed; so i try to remove it, and it says it doesn't exist...

Try
rpm -e gstreamer-ffmpeg

You should not give the full package name with extension.

TO see if the package exists type

rpm -qa | grep gstreamer
