Help converting MKV to MP4 to play on PS3

Hi all,

I am having trouble converting MKV to MP4 to play on the PS3. I have tried just about every method I have found in this thread but have had absolutely no luck.

If i try a manual based method, like the first solution on the first page I get errors like:

If I use the perl script on the second to the last page, it seems to be successful but when I try to play it on the PS3 it tells me that it is corrupted data.

Any ideas or any other methods?

I believe the video is already mp4 within the MKV container:
