With a firewall that only allows accesses to the VPN's IP address.

Write you what 'code'??? If you only want your clients to access your squid server, you configure your firewall to only allow those in that you want. How you do that depends on the firewall you're using. You can also use a squid ACL to only allow certain clients through. We can't tell what you're after, since this

Great; so again, read the squid documentation and put in an ACL to only allow you, or configure your firewall to only allow you. Choose one.

To do your job for you? I'll take your pay for the month. If this is your homework, my rates start at $500 per hour. Or you can read the documentation for free. Your call.
