hello,all friend,about sendmail filter help me!!

I have write a sendmail content filter for my sendmail v8.11.6 under linux ,and I have add it to sendmail.But I have a difficult question,I don't know that I how to get the email's attachment information use the libmilter API function smfi_header() in my content filter when I send out a email,I must get the attachment information so I can use my antivirus software scan it.Does anyone know about the filter ?Help me ,thanks a lot.
