Any one have Helix 3 Pro manual or know where to download it... ?

Assuming you mean this, it seems that the manual is only available to people who have paid. If you've done so, then I suggest contacting e-fense. Edit: If you're asking how to obtain the manual without paying, we can't help you with that.
