heartbeat cluster configuration problem!!!!!!

hi all,
i've configured heartbeat to create a 2 node active/passive cluster setup.
wherein, one server is active, and the otherone is a standby server.

Now,i want to create a setup ,wherein, there will be one standby server
for 3 active server,
and if any one of the three active server fails,it will be taken over
by the standby server.

Is it possible to create such a setup thru heartbeat package???

If yes,i'd like to know how wd /etc/ha.d/haresource or cib.xml file of such a setup look like????
