Header and footer of printed files (using Kwrite)

Hi all,
When I print any files using Kwrite, I see a header and a footer automatically inserted. I have 2 questions, could any one please help me out?

1- Is this done by Kwrite itself or by the printing process?
2- How do I define a customized header/footer?

Thanks,
Krappy

menu File/Print then click on the button on the left (Develop ?) to show more options in the dialog box. there is a "Header/Footer" tab where you can set your own options.

Another question

By the way, when I look at the format of the header/footer commands, there are things like:
%f (= file name (?))
%y (=year (?))
%p (=page#)

I just wonder where can I find the complete list of possible commands and their meaning?
%a .... -> %z = ?

Thanks very much for your help,
Krappy
