Having troubles with CD disc (nero burned) copy

Hmmm back again LINUX Heads.

Using my "new" PUPPY LINUX box , I decided to try to use the PBURN app to duplicate a CD (audio) .

The CD I have is one I burned with NERO on my WinXp machine .

The Pburn/Rip App says it is a Little -Endian file ,Microsoft .WAV file,,,,,, thats understandable ,a WAV file.

I tried every app on this PUPPY linux 5.2.8 distro ,but NO luck w/copying this stubburn disc , All that I can do with it is RIP it into the HD.

Any Clues??????

The app required for the job is the simplest app in your box: Terminal.

If you know which device node is your CD/DVD drive, usually /dev/sr0, /dev/dvd or /dev/cd0 (just try whichever it is), do this--

Code:

dd if=/dev/sr0 of=MyWaveCd.iso <Enter>

When copying is finished you will have in that folder an iso named "MyWaveCd.iso". That is an iso file, so, go burn it whatever you have burner.
