Having probs installing iptables-1.2.9

Hello,

The make process for iptables-1.2.9 just stalls, and goes nowhere until i terminate it. When I run make with a (-d) tag, it get the following:

Reading makefile `Makefile'...
Got a SIGCHLD; 1 unreaped children.

Got a SIGCHLD; 1 unreaped children.
Got a SIGCHLD; 1 unreaped children.
Reading makefile `extensions/Makefile' (search path) (no ~ expansion)
