Arrow Having problems with space on chromebook/ I messed with partitions and need help fixing them pls help


Im having problems with space on my chromebook after making partitions, i was trying to run a firmware updating script on my chrome book a got this.

mount: /tmp/boot: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/mmcblk0p12, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.
Error mounting boot partition; cannot proceed.

Unable to download cbfstool utility; cannot continue

If anyone can point me in a better driection than google pls help me asap

(Here are some details)

When I screw up my partitions I boot off a USB drive - that's the place to start. System Rescue Disk is a good one. Of course you backed up all your valuable data, by definition.
