Having issues starting genymotion. File does not exist?

Hi, I have posted in the newbie section but I have not recieved any responses so I thought it would be better to post it here.

I have installed genymotion and I am having problems starting it,bash tells me that the file does not exist, but if I do ls it shows up perfectly fine.

Code:

alec@toolbox-pc:~$ cd Downloads/

alec@toolbox-pc:~/Downloads$ cd genymotion/

alec@toolbox-pc:~/Downloads/genymotion$ ./genymotion

bash: ./genymotion: No such file or directory

alec@toolbox-pc:~/Downloads/genymotion$

As you can see in the code, I am changind the working directory to the directory in which the file is stored, but it is telling me that the file is not there. I can do a chmod 777 on it just fine without error, but when I try to run it it does not exist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
