Unhappy Hard to find....

After I've successfully installed MySQL,I am trying to configure "postfix" mail server. Many people have persuaded me to learn "postfix" rather than "sendmail" because it is comparatively easy. However,I found it quite hard to set up.

I've found many many tutorial about postfix.None of the tutorial have straightforward or STEP BY STEP installation. So,my question is,do you guys have any "straightforward" tutorial which can recommend to me?Many thanks.

I'm keep on searching...

Did you read the INSTALL/README files in the tarball? If not, use those, they are about as straight forward as you can get. Very well written, and for the most part, easy to follow.
