Handbrake, no Intel Quick Sync Video option?

The last time I used Handbrake to encode a video was when using 18.04 on the same computer, however having since done a nuke-and-pave update to 20.04, the option to use QSV when encoding is no longer there.

I've checked that the i5-8250U CPU is stated to support QSV too.

Is there something I have to install or enable to have the option to use QSV with Handbrake and other encoding/decoding software?

Thanks for any guidance.
