hal/dbus mounting cd/dvd

Hi everyone,

I just installed my new gentoo with gnome. If I inserted a disk, it was not mounted automatically. Does anybody have an idea why?

Greetings

Hi

As root in console type
Code:
emerge --search gnome-mount
this maybe one of the things you are missing.

Good luck..

Hi slackbat,

gnome-mount is already installed, and the user is in the group cdrom and plugdev. USB-Disk are mounted, but no cdroms.

Greetings
