hal/dbus mount utf8
 

Hi everyone,

I looked around and found no answer to my problem:

I just installed my new gentoo (first time I use gentoo) and plugged in an usb-drive. The drive was mounted automatically. Everything worked fine except the mount option utf8 is not set so my "umlaute" (special characters) are not shown.

I think I have to do some settings in /usr/share/hal/fdi...

Does anybody know what to do to correct the behavior?
