Hacking Gnome/Mandrake (Annoying ''start'' menu)

Here's the deal:

I have Mdk 9.1 and GNOME 2.2

I created a new ''bar'' Which has 2 things on it:

(*) MandrakeLinux Actions

( the (*) being a flashy star)

How do I change (*) MandrakeLinux for something else? Is there a config file or an option I haven't seen yet? Do I need to rebuild GNOME from source?
